Richard Spence founded The Spence Law Firm, P.A. in 2012 to provide top end legal expertise and lawyers to its breach of contract clients at a cost that BigLaw can never match.  He graduated from UCF in 1995 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration, then graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1999, where he served as Research Editor on the Florida Law Review.

Jennifer Murphy is a paralegal with The Spence Law Firm.  She received her paralegal certificate from Seminole State College in 2008 and then graduated with a B.A. in English from UCF in 2010.  Since then, she has worked as a paralegal with a focus in the area of civil litigation matters.

Mr. Spence was admitted to practice law as an attorney in Florida in 2000.  Since then, he has focused solely on civil litigation matters and has handled many different types of breach of contract disputes, which he has litigated in many different places.  Mr. Spence has spent significant time and effort litigating and trying breach of contract cases involving:
